Sandalwood High School Class Reunion Refund Policy

Introduction
This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the Sandalwood High School Class Reunion. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for all attendees, and we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review the following policy carefully.

General Refund Policy
1. Full Refunds
   - Requests made within 30 days of the ticket purchase date will receive a full refund, provided the request is made at least 60 days before the event date.

2. Partial Refunds
   - Requests made between 30 and 60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
   - No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 30 days before the event.

3. Special Circumstances
   - Full refunds may be granted at any time in the case of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other significant unforeseen circumstances. Documentation may be required.

   - Requests for refunds due to COVID-19 illness or exposure will be honored with a full refund, regardless of the timing of the request.

Transfer of Tickets
- If you are unable to attend the reunion, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another alumni or guest. Please notify us at least 7 days before the event with the new attendee’s details.

 How to Request a Refund

1. Submission of Requests
   - All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to sandalwoodclassof04@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name]".

2. Information to Include
   - Full name of the ticket purchaser.
   - Contact information (phone number and email address).
   - Date of ticket purchase.
   - Reason for refund request.
   - Any supporting documentation if requesting a refund under special circumstances.

3. Processing Time
   - Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

 Event Cancellation
- In the unlikely event that the reunion is canceled or rescheduled, all tickets will be refunded in full, or ticket holders will have the option to transfer their tickets to the new date.
